  Enlightenment (AEPE) is the main study programme 
 in Rigpa\, for students of all levels: new\, more 
 advanced or in-between. This year\, the AEPE will 
 explore the main principles of the preliminary pra
 ctices\, called Ngöndro in Tibetan. Our most exper
 ienced Rigpa teachers will guide us through the ke
 y principles of the Ngöndro\, helping us to explor
 e these principles in a fresh\, up-to-date\, real 
 life way\, while preserving their authenticity.</s

 nd also the foundation for Vajrayana and Dzogchen

 t stream of wisdom within the Tibetan Buddhist tra
 dition. So no matter where we are on our path\, th
