It is often said that the mark of a real Buddhist is that they accept these four seals. These four statements encapsulate the uniqueness of the Buddh a’s teachings and set those teachings apart from a ll other religions and philosophies.

Our stu dy of The Four Seals will continue for 16 weeks. I t is suitable for students who have completed all or most of the earlier modules of the This Life co urse this year\, or\, who are familiar with The 4 Noble Truths and The 3 Yanas and have a regular me ditation practice.
