Introduction to Ngondro
Starting 18th July every Tuesday evening 7-9 pm.
This is a 15 week course beginning with 6 weeks covering Module 1 & 2
If you have wondered what the path of Tibetan Buddhism could offer you, this course may appeal to you.
Prerequisites required are at least 1 year of experience in Tibetan Buddhist meditation and compassion practices.
The course offers participants an opportunity to learn about, the beautiful and unique methods practiced by Tibetan Buddhists on the swift path to enlightenment for centuries. Ngondro is known as ‘The Preliminary Practices”, but it also contains the complete path.
Kyabjé Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche said:
To accomplish the good of others, we must perfect ourselves, by purifying and transforming our minds. This is the aim of what we call ‘the preliminary practices’, which establish the foundations of all spiritual progress.
We welcome you to join us as we explore and journey along the path.
