We all have a limitless resource of love, compassion and wisdom within us.

This five-week course presents :

  • penetrating Buddhist analysis of the impermanence and interdependence of our lives, to give us a clear-eyed view of ourselves and the world around us
  • a deep understanding that to act compassionately is to act in accord with the truth of how the world is, and
  • how Buddhist practices, that remind us of these truths, open the path to our own long-lasting happiness and the benefit of all beings

Held over five Tuesday evenings from 7 - 9pm, from 23 July to 20 August, 2024.
