Wednesday nights, 7-9pm, starting 7 March 2018 - (there will be a break over the school holidays)

This class provides the opportunity to learn meditation in a supportive environment and encourages the establishment of a regular, short meditation practice to bring the benefit of peace and stability to your life.  

The meditation methods draw on the wisdom of the Tibetan Buddhist approach. This course looks at:

  • The benefits of meditation; scientific research
  • How to practise calm abiding meditation; using different objects of support for meditation; bringing the mind home
  • The ultimate goal of meditation; the source of genuine contentment
  • Integrating meditation into everyday life; finding peace and stability.  

No pre-requisites. Class fees are $330 full/$150 concession.  Registration online from mid-January.
