The Four Seals | Friday 31 May, Saturday 1 June, 2019

The Four Seals of Dharma encapsulates the essence of the Buddha’s teachings and is regarded as the foundation of Buddhist philosophy. In four simple but profound lines, it reveals the progressive logic of the Buddhist view, from an analysis of suffering to nirvana. Integrating this view into our personal experience is what makes the Buddhist path come alive.

The path of Buddhist philosophy and practice is a personal journey of experience and reflection. From the very beginning,  meditation practice can bring a sense of physical release and mental freedom. But the white noise of our rushed and materialistic lives can get in the way of understanding.
