Meet Your Mind Meditation Workshop (Oct)

Registration is closed for this event
Monday 7 October, 2019 (Labour Day) 10:00am – 4:00pm

At Meet Your Mind, a one day meditation workshop, you will learn to watch your own mind and let it rest, to find its true spacious, open, skylike nature. This offers the potential to experience who you really are for perhaps the very first time.

Our meditation practice is not just about a fleeting feel-good moment, Meet Your Mind will introduce you to techniques for drawing on the benefits of your meditation experience that you can apply in any situation.

Imagine what life would be like if; any conflict in yourself was resolved; you were free from anxiety and; most important of all, you had deep confidence in your true nature.
