Tuesday evenings, 10 sessions, 4 February to 7 April, 7pm to 9pm

The aim of the class is to bring out the main points of each chapter of the Bodhicharyavatara, with a strong emphasis on how we can contemplate on these points, make them our own and integrate them into our lives. The main aim of this module is not to cover the entire text word for word in a traditional Tibetan shedra style but rather to encourage us to discover how relevant this text is to our daily lives, how it can help us to better understand ourselves and others, and how it can assist us in identifying and changing some of our unhelpful patterns.
