Buddhist Philosophy Course - NEW For sangha

7 weeks

Thursday evenings 7-9pm from 27 April to 15 June

This new course provides a clear framework and some tools for understanding Buddhist philosophy, and to become aware of some of the important differences and perspectives between the three Yanas.  It provides a map that is easy to retain, and gives a good basis for future study.  This course will be led by Vyv Mishra, with support from Wendy Clancy.  The course covers:

  • The role of dharma study
    • How study & practice go together
    • Different responses to study
    • Indian versus Greek philosophy
  • The framework of Ground, Path & Fruition
    • The framework of Ground, Path & Fruition
    • View, meditation, action
    • The three turnings

No fees for sangha as this is included in your subscription, but please register online at melbourne.rigpa.org.au
