Students are encouraged to post answers to weekly assignments, which are read and respond to by the instructor. Weekly Skype sessions are also held, and all students are encouraged to meet and discuss what they’ve learned and practice together online.

Students are also encouraged to have their own copy of Sogyal Rinpoche’s book, The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, as it is often referenced in the course.
