Gift yourself some time out to develop skill in meditation practice.

Help to bring more ease to our busy lifestyles and develop ways to come closer to our true nature.

Using authentic Buddhist meditation instructions we will explore the qualities of “Calm Abiding” meditation technique. Suited to both beginners and established practitioners alike.

We will provide refreshments in the breaks. Lunches will be locally sourced in nearby cafes.

The cost for the weekend are:

  • $120 full
  • $90 concession
  • $50 for sangha members
  • $25 Sangha - one day attendance only - either Saturday or Sunday

Extending your Retreat (no charge - optional donation)

We all know how hard it can be to develop a new habit, especially a good new habit. So for the week following the weekend retreat, we are offering an opportunity to sit each morning from 7:15am to 8am, before you start your daily routine.

And then to conclude and celebrate this meditation period, on Saturday the 30th June we can return to the centre again from 9:30am to 11:30am to meditate, share a little of our recent meditation practice experience, and afterwards head out for lunch to a nearby cafe.
