Loving kindness (metta) practice is a way to deepen our meditation, deal with our emotions, broaden our altruism, develop authenticity and our capacity to love ourselves and others.

The practice reveals the limitless wealth of unconditional love that arises naturally from our 'core being' at the heart of each and every one of us. Connecting with this love can restore our confidence, heal our emotional wounds and enable us to love ourselves in a healthy way.

Over the course of 6 weeks, you will learn about the Loving Kindness practices from the Tibetan buddhist perspective through a combination of video teachings, guided meditation sessions and opportunities to ask questions.
