Online session: Preventing Burnout and Exhaustion

Registration is closed for this event
Next session is Saturday 7th November 10.30am to 11.45am

First Saturday each month

Topic this month: Preventing Burnout and Exhaustion – Teachings from Sogyal Rinpoche

These days many of us feel overstretched and pressured by the busyness of our everyday life.

During this session we will explore simple ways that we can bring meditation and the compassionate Buddhist view into our daily life to help ease and cut through our stress and worry.

This will be our last session for this year and we will resume in February 2021

While there are many forms of meditation available, these Saturday sessions offer authentic buddhist practices drawn from the centuries-old Tibetan buddhist tradition. The sessions happen once a month, on the first Saturday of each month from 10:30am to 11:45am.

These standalone 'drop-in sessions' introduce authentic buddhist techniques and offer an opportunity to examine its relevance to our busy, modern lives by exploring a relevant topic.

Please register for the meeting online link and easy to follow instructions on how to connect using your mobile, tablet, laptop or computer.
