Life can be a bit wild: 2020 showed us that! Although many of us revel in intensity, you might also want another way to be in the world. 

 

This 7-week class connects you to the wisdom of ancient Tibetan Buddhist teachings and to their continuing relevance to your life. 

 

It includes short teachings on wisdom, and time to learn and practise meditation. You’ll explore how you can bring wisdom into your everyday. 

 

The course covers:

  • The sustaining power of contentment
  • Our fundamental goodness
  • The essence of the Buddha’s teachings
  • The Buddhist view of interdependency, impermanence & emptiness.

 

No pre-requisites.  Course fees: $210 full/$150 concession.
