From Calm Abiding to Loving Kindness | 5 week course

An opportunity to deepen your understanding of Shamatha (Calm Abiding) and Loving Kindness meditation methods. This course is particularly suitable for anyone who has been regularly attending our Lockdown meditation program of 20 minute sessions.

Join this online, interactive weekly class to expand your meditation tool kit and learn more about traditional meditation methods that can help to bring us some peace in these difficult, challenging times.

Ask questions, watch videos and share with like minded people.  

Starts Thursday Sept 23, 7:00pm to 9:00pm (with tea break around 8:00pm)  


- Shamatha/Calm Abiding meditation methods - Thursday 23rd & 30th September

- Loving Kindness/Compassion meditation - Thursday 7th, 14th & 21st October

Run by experienced meditation instructors with many years of personal meditation experience.
