Tibetan Buddhism, and its meditative tradition, offer a wealth of skilful methods to help us find the core of our own peace, compassion and wisdom. This five-week course offers an introduction to meditation and practical advice from some of the foremost Tibetan Buddhist teachers to help all of us meet the challenges of these difficult times

Week 2 (Wed 19 Oct): Mastering the Mind
Week 3 (Wed  26 Oct): Karma: Beyond Punishment and Reward 
Week 4 (Wed 2 Nov): Depression
Week 5 (Wed 9 Nov):  Bringing Out The Love Inside You
