Tibetan Buddhism, and its meditative tradition, offer a wealth of skilful methods to help us find the core of our own peace, compassion and wisdom. This five-week course offers individual topics each week and practical advice from some of the foremost Tibetan Buddhist teachers to help all of us meet the challenges of these difficult times
