Tibetan Buddhism, and its meditative tradition, offer a wealth of skilful methods to help us find the core of our own peace, compassion and wisdom. This five-week course offers an introduction to meditation and practical advice from some of the foremost Tibetan Buddhist teachers to help all of us meet the challenges of these difficult times

Week 1 (Wed 16 Nov): Working with Anxiety and Worry
Week 2 (Wed 23 Nov): How to Make Clear and Wise Decisions
Week 3 (Wed  30 Nov): Emotions: Beyond Good and Bad
Week 4 (Wed 7 Dec): Healing Low Self Esteem
Week 5 (Wed 14 Dec):  The Art of Working with Negative Emotions
