About Your Stay


It is important for us to be able to contact you in case of emergency or to notify you of important changes in the day's programme.

Where are you staying? Please include details of apartment number; room number, if a hotel or motel; and site number or cabin number if you are staying at a caravan park.

This is important as we would like to be able to contact you if the programme for the day changes.

Arrival Date and Time

Registrations for the Retreat will be between 12.30 - 3:30 pm on 18 January and the first session will begin at 4 pm on 18 January. We encourage all students to attend the full Retreat.

It is important that you get a complete retreat experience. If you cannot attend some days, please specify your arrival and departure date here and our retreat co-ordinator will contact you by phone.
Please choose the "Pay by bank transfer" option when completing your registration and your payment will only be processed once your attendance has been approved. You will be able to make payments by credit card or cheque at that point.

Meals

Choose any dietary requirements. Note that we cannot safely cater for serious nut or similar allergies.

Rigpa is an international community of individuals following the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. It is our shared wish to create a safe environment for the study and practice of the Buddhist teachings, one where we all feel a sense of responsibility for each others’ well-being and spiritual path.

Whatever your participation or role in the activities associated with Rigpa, everyone has a responsibility to conduct themselves in accordance with the laws of the land and the ethical behaviour outlined in the . We ask that you agree to abide by our while you are at a Rigpa Event.

In addition to these principles, we wish to inform you that smoking is prohibited in the main retreat area, along with the use of alcohol and illicit drugs. (An exception is that some alcohol may be available at a celebration at the end of the retreat). Pets are not allowed on site (with the exception of guide dogs).

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Fees and registration information on this page are for ONE person only. To register additional adults, including those who are not attending the teachings, complete this page and click the "Continue" button.

PLEASE NOTE: You must click the CONTINUE button each time you fill in the details of each participant. DO NOT select SKIP PARTICIPANT or their details will not be recorded.

The total fees for all the people you have registered and all of the registration details will be displayed on the Confirmation screen for you to check after you have entered the information for each person. Then click the CONTINUE button again to confirm your details and your registration will be recorded and your payment processed.

Your donation helps to fund student scholarships for the retreat.

Please type in full dollar amounts only (no decimal point or cents).

Credit Card payments will be processed for your full registration amount electronically over a secure link.
If you can attend only part of the retreat, please choose "All Other Payments" to enable you to make any type of payment once you have spoken with our co-ordinator and been approved for partial attendance.
