Compassion: 20 Minutes a Day | Starts Monday 7 December, 8:00am to 8:20am for 7 days.

This free series offers live online guided meditations on love and compassion each day for a full week in December.

We will explore how our innate, natural ability to feel warm-heartedness, kindness, love and connection can be nurtured, allowing them to expand and grow. These practices are deeply healing for ourselves and can plant the seeds for healing our relationship with all of those around us.

Led by a team of experienced meditation instructors.
