With so much loss, fear and disruption brought by COVID-19, now is the time to embrace the power, beauty and the vital energy of the healing and compassion practices provided by our tradition. The social distancing measures required in so many places mean that many of us are already living a lifestyle close to that of retreat. It is a time to rest, quiet and contained, at home.
